This is me whining loudly

Well, I have finally joined the gym again. As part of the whole welcome package they gave me a free 30 minute session with a personal trainer (mostly, so they could try to sell me a personal trainer. BTW it didn't work). I had my 30 minutes today. As a result, I have officially decided that personal trainers are evil. We worked out until I told him I had to stop because I felt like I was going to puke. Thank goodness I didn't!!! Anyways, now I hurt. It hurts to walk, it hurts to drive, it hurts to type, it hurts to laugh, I just hurt. And if that wasn't enough everything I needed at Walmart was on the top shelf. That must have been pretty comical to see. Anyways, this is me whining loudly and I'm done whining.......for now.
