Ok, I totally forgot to put the reason I was so worried yesterday. After I told Jade to take her hair out her response was, "But mom! I like it this way."
Much to my surprise, she came home without the half hairdo.
I asked her about it this morning. She said that she left it in until she got to school and then took it out.
So if you voted that she listened to me, you can have the satisfaction of knowing that you were right. I am just glad she didn't spend the day looking weird.

That's so funny. I figured that when she got to school one of her friends would tell her to take it down. Friends count more than parents, you know.
